La Copa vermuti originaalretsept pärineb 1900 algusest. Kaubamärk La Copa ise aga aastast 1886, ehk Gonzalez Byass üks pikema ajalooga toode. Baasveiniks on siin tavapärase lihtsakese valge veini asemel fino šerri, mis naturaalse elava pärmseene flor all enam kui 4 aastat maitseid-aroome kogunud. Siit ka erinevus, kordumatus. Klassika, mitte nii magus (extra seco) aga topeltnaudinguna, mikstuur küpsetest tsitrusviljadest, mõrkjas-soolakast piparrohu ja vürtside segust, mida saadab veinibalsami järelhõng. Sisaldab sulfiteid. |
