This Truly Irish product, 48 % fat, semi-hard, is aged for 4 months to develop the flavour yet preserve the sweetness of the milk used. Made with milk from grass fed cows. Free from artificial colours, flavours and additives. In aim to get the red colour cheddar, the Annatto (orange-red condiment and food coloring derived from the seeds of the Annato tree) is added. |
