Ironstone Old Vine Zinfandel veini viinamarjad kasvatatakse Mokelumne jõe kaldal Lodis, mis on üks parimaid piirkondi Zinfandel viinamarjale. Viinapuud on üle 45 aastased. Vein on värvilt sügav rubiinpunane. Aroomis tunda tumedaid marju, ploomi ja vanilli. Pehmes ja täidlases maitses kerkivad esile põldmarjad, küpsed ploomid ning tammest tulenev vanill. Järelmaitse on siidine, pikk ja rikkalik. Vein on küpsenud 6 kuud Prantsuse tammevaadis. |
