| Description |
Chateau De PEZ veinimõis on pärit 15 sajandist. 200 aastat oli veinimõis Pontac´i perekonna käes (1585 – 1789). 1995 aastal omandas veinimõisa Louis Roederer, pärast seda valiti mõis uude kategooriasse „Cru Bourgeois Exceptionnel“. Aedade pinnas on kruusane, savine, paekivine, 48 hektarit millest pool on Cabernet Sauvignon. Keskmine puude vanus on 22 aastat. Veinimeister on Nicolas Glumineau, kes on olnud veinimeister ka Chateau Haut Brion ja Margaux veinimõisates. Vein laagerdub uues prantsuse tammes 12 kuud, tavaliselt arengupotentsiaaliga ~20 aastat.
