Description

El Cel (tõlkes taevas) on valmistatud hoolikalt valitud, kõige hilisema küpsusega viinamarjadest, kõige kõrgematest viinamarjaistandustest. Viinapuude vanus 20 – 90 aastat. Vein on küpsenud 18-24 kuud 500L prantsuse tammevaatides. Ülimalt väljendusrikas, ainulaadne ja isikupärane, täidlane ja ümar, pika arenemispotentsiaaliga vein. Veinil on lillaka äärega kirsipunane toon. Aroomis on tunda tumedaid marju ja puuvilju (mustikad, ploomid), murakaid ja vihjeid röstitud tammevaadile. Tegemist on võimsa, kuid elegantse veiniga, mille siidised tanniinid pakuvad pikalt kestvat maitsepaletti.
