Preparation in the oven: Put 350 ml of lukewarm water in a bowl and add 450 g of bread mix, 30 g of margarine, 1 egg and 15 g of fresh yeast or 7 g of dry yeast. Mix with dough hooks for 5 minutes on high power. Pour the dough into baking tins (measuring 25 x 8 x 9). Allow to rise at about 30°C for 45 to 60 minutes. Bake at about 240°C for 40 minutes.
