The flavour bouquet of this jelly candy includes hints of bitter and tart, but also sweet, which are combined into one candy that has a truly pure blackcurrant flavour. Kalev's jelly candies are made with furcellaran, which is made of algae that grows in the Estonian coastal waters. Red algae is a renewable resource, which grows nearby and is therefore especially environmentally friendly. The bag contains approximately 14 pieces. |
