Gazela on toodetud Quinta de Azevedo veinimõisas, mis asub Vinho Verde regioonis. Käsitsi korjatud viinamarjad purustatakse kergelt ja veinivirre villitakse 24 tunni jooksul, et vein jääks selge ja puhas. Fermentatsioon toimub roostevabast vaatides. Gazela pudeldatakse koheselt peale fermentatsiooni, et säiliks veini värskus ja nooruslikkus. Värvuselt õrnkollane, maitselt pehme ning kerge juua. Aroomis ning maitses tunda tsitruselisi ning troopiliste puuviljade noote. Veinil on kerge hape ning magusus. |
