Veini valmistamise käigus on valmivale veinile lisatud Amarone valmistamiseks kasutatud kuivatatud marju. Sellest tehnikast tulenevalt nimetatakse ka veini Ripasso'ks. Valmistatud Corvina Veronese 70%, Rondinella 25% Corvinone 5% viinamarjadest. |
