Rolling the sushi (see pictures on the package): 1) Cover the sushi nori evenly with the sushi rice, leaving 1 cm free space at the top and bottom of the nori. 2) Place the filling on the rice. 3) Moisten the top edge of the nori with water, roll the nori together with the rice and filling tightly, use a sushi mat when rolling. 4) Screw the last edge tightly onto the roll. 5) Remove the sushi mat and place the roll on the table, the connection point is below. 6) Wet the sharp knife, cut the sushi roll into 8 pieces and enjoy the sushi.
