La Copa vermuti originaalretsept pärineb 1900 algusest. Kaubamärk La Copa ise aga aastast 1886, ehk Gonzalez Byass üks pikema ajalooga toode. Baasveiniks on siin tavapärase lihtsakoelise veini asemel Oloroso ja Pedero Ximenes šerri, mis Solera meetodina on küpsenud vaatides enam kui 8 aastat. Ja just selles võlu peitubki. Lisatud vürtsidest on kesksel kohal veriapelsini koor, kaneel, nelk, piparrohi ja muskaatpähkel. Tulemuseks sulnis mõrkjas-magus vürtsidega looritatud eliksiir. |
