Vein valmib Umbria regiooni mägistelt aladelt pärinevatest Pinot Grigio marjadest. Õrnalt pressitud marjadest valmivat veinivirret töödeldakse madalatel temperatuuridel (14/15 °C). Pärast seda toode filtreeritakse ja kääritatakse temperatuuril 16-18 °C. Enne pudeldamist hoitakse veini veel maa-aluses keldris asuvates madala temperatuuriga vaatides. Roheka peegeldusega õlekollase värvusega. Harmoonilises lõhnabuketis on tunda õuna, virsiku ja viirpuu noote. Maitse on meeldivalt värske ja heas tasakaalus. |
