DaiqurISH pays homage to the original recipe, created in 1898 by Jennings Stockton Cox as he was exploring the Sierra Maestra Mountains on the South-Eastern shore of Cuba, where the small town of Daiquiri lies. With plenty of rum, lime and sugar available, the Daiquiri was born and became an instant classic. We developed a recipe that honors the daiquiri, while at the same time, allowing for mindful consumption. It’s both a step back, and forward, in time. |
