Description

Gran Mirador Red Blend grapes are destemmed and gently pressed. Each variety is vinifed separately in stainless steel tanks. Cold maceration at a temperature between 12 and 14C. Temperature controlled fermentation at 26C, guaranteeing that the primary aromas are maintained. Following the malolactic fermentation the wines are blended, cold stabilized and filtered before bottlling. Aged for 4 months in French oak casks.

Colour: Bright ruby red.
Aroma: Intense aromas of ripe berries with the attractive, spicy tones of the Cabernet Sauvignon and toasted oak.
Taste: Fruity, juicy and smooth and toasted flavour on the finish.
