Instructions for making 1 L of probiotic yogurt:1. Heat 1 litre of milk at 90-95 °C for 5-10 minutes. 2. Cool the milk down to 40-45 °C and add 1 packet (0,5 g) of starter culture into the milk. 3. Mix the milk thoroughly with the starter culture and pour into a container. 4. Ferment the milk at 40-45 °C for 6-8 h. Do not stir the milk at that process!5. Evaluate the curd that has formed within 6 h. When the curd is smooth and strong, stir it and put it in the refrigerator to cool. (yoghurt can also be cooled without stirring). Store yogurt in the refrigerator for 6-9 hours to achieve proper yogurt's texture and thicker consistency.6. Add your desired additives to the probiotic yogurt and serve.
