Porto Cruz Late Bottled Vintage valmistatakse esmaklassilise kvaliteediga punastest viinamarjasortidest, mis on korjatud ühe aasta saagist. Pärast 4–6-aastast tammevaatides laagerdumist jätkab LBV portvein aeglast küpsemist pudelis.
Tumepunase värvusega portveini aroomis leidub ohtralt punaseid puuvilju. Külluslik maitse toob esile tumedate puuviljade, vürtside ja mündi noodid. Sisaldab sulfiteid.
